23 38 13.13 · Listed Grease Ducts
Factory-built grease duct shall be UL 1978 listed, double-wall insulated, rated for zero-clearance to combustibles. Sized for 1,800 CFM at 0.5" w.c. external static, with internal velocity not less than 1,500 fpm at any cross section. Provide cleanouts per NFPA 96 §7.4.2. Stamped shop drawings required before fabrication release.
