High-Temperature Generator & Boiler Flue Systems
Positive-pressure factory-built flue for standby generators, combined boiler flues, and prime power, to 1,800°F intermittent.

Overview
Heavy-duty, positive-pressure factory-built piping systems precision-engineered to exhaust low, medium, and high-heat appliances including standby generators, combined boiler flues, and prime power turbine applications. Certified to UL 103, UL 1738, and UL 1425, laboratory tested to withstand internal pressures up to 60 in. w.c. and continuous flue gas temperatures of 1,400°F with 1,800°F intermittent capacity. Versatile single-wall and double-wall configurations with 1-in. to 4-in. high-density fiber insulation reduce clearances to combustibles and protect personnel. Every system is custom-engineered with heavy-duty thermal expansion bellows and inline pressure relief valves in strict compliance with NFPA 37 and NFPA 54.

Specification Highlights
What this system delivers.
- +01
Extreme Pressure & Temperature Ratings
Listed to UL 103 and structurally tested to maintain integrity at 60 in. w.c. and 1,800°F intermittent.
- +02
Thermal & Safety Optimization
Variable double-wall insulation profiles (1 in.–4 in.) maximize draft, minimize skin temperatures, and shrink clearances.
- +03
Code-Compliant Structural Engineering
Integrated thermal expansion bellows and pressure relief valves per NFPA 37 and NFPA 54.
